       Tract of Land called Combs Adventure to Edward Norwood his heirs and Assigns for ever   In
       Witness whereof we have hereunto Sett our hands and Seals this Twenty fifth day of April
       in the Year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Sixty three

       of Tho.s Heslop                           Tho.s Terry

          S            Annexed at the Time of Swearing      Tho.s Cawling Mayor
                        of Richmond in the County of York


Ex.d      This Indenture made this twenty fifth day of April in the Year of our Lord
       One thousand Seven hundred and Sixty three Between Robinson Wakefield and Ann Wakefield
       his Wife of the Town of Darlington in the Bishoprick of Durham in the Kingdom of England the
       said Ann Wakefield being Daughter and heiress at Law of Edward Fell formerly of Maryland Merchant
       who departed this Life at London in the County of Middlesex of the one part and Edward Norwood
       of Baltimore County in the Province of Maryland of the other Part   Witnesseth that the
       aforesaid Robinson Wakefield and Ann Wakefield his Wife for and in Consideration of the full and
       Just Sum of Ten Pounds Ten Shillings Sterling Money to the Said Robinson Wakefield and Ann
       Wakefield already in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged and every Part or
       Parcel thereof Do hereby acquit And for ever discharge the aforesaid Edward Norwood his
       Heirs and Assigns for ever Have by these Presents Given granted Bargained and sold
       their Right Title Clam Interest and Demand of in or unto a Certain Tract or Parcel of
       Land called Combs Adventure Originally granted unto Robert Parker for the quantity
       of One hundred acres Refference to Certificate and Record more fully may appear together with
       all and singular the Appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any Ways appertaining
       To have and To hold the aforesaid Land and Premises unto him the aforesaid
       Edward Norwood his heirs and Assigns for ever to his and their proper ^own^ Use and Behoof
