X.d  Thomas Heslop of the Corporation of Richmond in the County
       of York in the Kingdom of England   Notary Publick maketh Oath that he this Deponent
       on the Twenty fifth day of April instant was present as a Witness to and Saw Robinson
       Wakefield and Ann Wakefield his Wife of the Town of Darlington in the Bishoprick of
       Durham in the Kingdom of England severally execute the Indenture and Power of
       Attorney hereunto annexed   And the deponent saith that the Names Robinson Wakefield
       and Ann Wakefield Severally Set and Subscribed as Parties to the Said Indenture and Power
       of Attorney respectively are of the respective Proper hands writing of the said Robinson Wakefield
       and Ann Wakefield and that the Names Tho.s Heslop and Tho.s Terry Set and subscribed as
       Witnesses to the Execution of the said Indenture and Power of Attorney respectively are of
       the Proper hands Writing of the said Thomas Terry and this Deponent respectively

       The above named Thomas Heslop was Sworn to the truth of the above written
       Affidavit at Richmond in the County of York in the Kingdom of England the Twenty
       sixth day of April One thousand seven hundred and sixty three before me and in
       Testimony thereof I have hereunto and to the two Paper Writings hereunto annexed
       affixed the Common Seal of the Said Corporation of Richmond

Six pence     Know all Men by these Presents that we Robinson Wakefield and
       Ann Wakefield his Wife have made Ordained Constituted and Appointed and by these presents
       Do make ordain Constitute and Appoint M.r Charles Ridgely Jun.r of Baltimore County
       in Maryland mariner and John Ridgely and William Buchanan of Baltimore County
       aforesaid Merchants our true and Lawful Attorneys Jointly or Seperately for us and in
       our Names to Acknowledge according to the Laws of Maryland a Deed Executed by Us this
       Twenty fifth day of April One thousand Seven hundred and Sixty three Conveying
       or intending to Convey all our Right Title Interest and demand into a certain
