       And Whereas the aforesaid Henry Woodward is since deceased having first made his Testament
       and las Will in Writing bearing date on or about the Eighteenth day of September Seventeen hundred
       and sixty one and thereof made and appointed Mary Woodward his Wife sole Executrix who hath
       since proved the same and taken upon herself the Burthen and Execution thereof as in and by the said
       Will and Probate duly recorded in the Prerogative Office relation being thereunto had may fully
       appear And the said Mary hath since intermarried with the aforesaid John Ilesselius And
       Whereas by one other Indenture duly Executed and Acknowledged bearing date the sixth day
       of May Instant made between the aforesaid John Ilesselius and Mary his Wife by the Names
       and Additions of John Ilesselius of Ann Arundel County in the Province of Maryland Gentleman
       and Mary his Wife (late Mary Woodward Widow) Executrix of the Testament and last Will
       of Henry Woodward late of the County afores.d Gentleman deceased of the first part Rebecca Young
       by the Name and Addition of Rebecca Young of the County and Province aforesaid Widow of
       the second part and the aforesaid Charles Homewood by the Name and Addition of Charles
       Homewood of the County and Province aforesaid Gentleman of the third part the said John Ilesselius
       and Mary his Wife for the Consideration in the same Indenture mentioned by and with the Assent
       of him the said Charles Homewood do grant Bargain Sell and Assign the said Mortgaged
       Premisses to the aforesaid Rebecca Young her Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns
       And Whereas by another Indenture duly executed and acknowledged bearing date the
       seventh day of May Instant made between the aforesaid Rebecca Young by the name and
       Addition of Rebecca Young of Ann Arundel County in the Province of Maryland Widow
       of the one part and the aforesaid John Ilesselius by the Name and Addition of John Ilesselius
       of the Same County and Province Gentleman of the other part the said Rebecca Young for and
       the Consideration in the same Indenture mentioned did grant bargain sell and Assign the
       said Mortgaged premisses to the aforesaid John Ilesselius his Heirs Executors Administrators
       and assigns as in and by the said two last mentioned Indentures referrence being thereto had
       may fully appear By reason of all which Premisses the said John Ilesselius is now
       actually and legally possessed of the same Mortgaged Premisses and every part thereof

             Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the said Charles Homewood for and
       in Consideration of the Sum of thirteen hundred and thirty three Spanish Dolars and
       one third of a Spanish dollar to him in hand by the said John Ilesselius paid
