14. at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof the said Charles Homewood doth hereby Acknowledge and thereof and therefrom and of and from every part and parcel thereof doth hereby acquit Exonerate and discharge the said John Ilesselius his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns and every of them Hath granted bargained sold assigned remised released and for ever quit Claimed and by these presents for himself his heirs Executors and Administrators Doth grant bargain sell assign remise release and for ever quit Claim unto him the said John Ilesselius his Heirs and assigns All those several following Tracts or parcells of Land lying and being in Ann Arundel County aforesaid that is to say All that Tract or Parcel of Land called Homewood's Lott containing thirteen hundred and ninety two Acres of Land All that part of a Tract or Parcel of Land called Mill Town alias Young Richard containing six acres granted to William Cumming Esquire for forty six acres All that Tract or parcel of Land called Henrietta Maria's Care for Mary Chew containing Eight and a half Acres of Land granted to Charles Homewood all that part of Homewood's Chance and Blays Neck containing Ten Acres Homewoods Chance granted to John Homewood Esquire for three hundred acres and Blays Neck granted Edward Blay for two hundred acres All that part of a Tract of Land called Leonard's Neck containing One hundred & Ninety Acres granted Henry Woolchurch for two hundred and Ninety Acres All that Tract or parcel of Land Called Allcotts Tryangle granted Samuel Allcott for seventy one Acres All that Tract or parcel of Land called Hogg Neck alias Davis his Lott granted to William Davis for seventy acres All that Tract or parcel of Land called Bennett's Park containing Eighty one Acres granted to John Bennett Esquire and all that Tract or parcel of Land called Charles Homewood and Mary Chew's fair Jerusalem containing Two hundred three and a half acres granted to Charles Homewood Esquire in the whole amounting to two thousand and thirty one acres of Land more or Less saving and reserving to him the said Charles Homewood and his Heirs out of the said Premisses the Grave Yard or Burying Ground of the Ancestors of him the said Charles Homewood as in and by the said Indentures of Mortgage is saved and reserved Together with all and singular the Houses Outhouses Edifices Improvements Woods Underwoods Timber Trees Waters Water Courses Easements Profits Comodities Advantages Emoluments and Appurtenances whatsoever to the said granted assigned and released or meant mentioned or intended to be hereby granted assigned and released Lands and Premisses and to every or either of them or to every or any |
