115. "Beging of Homewood's Lott" fixed in the Middle between the two Bounded White Oaks first above mentioned containing Eight hundred and fourteen Acres of Land be the same more or less with all and every the Buildings Edifices fences Improvements Emoluments Woods Waters Water Courses Commodities and Advantages whatsoever thereon or on any Part or Parcel thereof Errected or Built situate lying or being or to or with the Said Parcel of Land hereby released or meant mentioned or intended so to be Used occupied enjoyed or belonging with the appurtenances and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof and of every Part and Parcel thereof And also all the Estate RIght Title Interest Use trust Property Dower and Right and Title of Dower Equity of Redemption Claim and Demand whatsoever both in Law or in Equity of them the said John Hesselius and Mary his Wife or either of them of into or out of the aforesaid Parcel of Land Premisses and Appurtenances hereby released or Intended so to be and every Part thereof To have and To hold the aforesaid Parcel of Land and Premisses hereby released or intended so to be to the aforesaid Horatio Sharpe his heirs and Assigns To and for the only Proper Use and behoof of him the said Horatio Sharpe his heirs and Assigns for ever and to or for no other Use intent or Purpose whatsoever And the afd John Hesselius for himself and his Said Wife and for their Respective heirs Executors and Administrators Doth Covenant Promise and Agree to and with the aforesaid Horatio Sharpe his heirs and Assigns in the Manner following that is to say that they the said John Hesselius and Mary his Wife or either of them have not nor hath at any Time heretofore made done committed Executed or suffered or Caused or Procured to be made done Comitted Executed or suffered any Act Matter or thing whatsoever whereby or Wherewith or by reason or Means Whereof the aforesaid Parcel of Land Premisses and appurtenances or any Part or Parcel of them are is or shall or may be any way impeachd Charged Burthened or Incumbered in Title Charge Estate or otherwise howsoever And that Notwithstanding any such Act Matter or thing made done Committed Executed or suffered or Procured to be made done Committed Executed or suffered they the said John |
