114. mentioned in the Patent for Homewoods Lott granted in Seventeen hundred and thirty five to a Stone whereon are graven these Words "Here Stood Jn.o Homewood's Pockicory" now fixed in the very spot where the Original bounded Pockicory mentioned in the Patent that was granted for Homewood's Lott in sixteen hundred and sixty three and referred to in the Patent granted seventeen hundred and thirty five did stand the said Pockicory being fallen down and almost decayed then from the said stone markt as aforesaid running agreeable to the Courses mentioned in the Certificate of resurvey of Homewood's Lott Patented in seventeen hundred and thirty five and according to the Location and Expressions thereof the several following Courses Viz south West Twenty two Perches to Intersect the Line of Pettibones Land thence with the Said Land South East and by East Ninety two Perches to a Branch leading into Burle's Branch thence bounding on the said Branch running down these Nine Courses following That is south seventy degrees East ten Perches south fifty Degrees East thirty two Perches south sixty degrees East Eighteen Perches North Eighty Eight degrees East fourteen Perches south seventy five degrees East fourteen Perches North Seventy Nine degrees East thirteen Perches and a half Perch North Twenty Degrees East Ten Perches North Eighty two Degrees East Twelve Perches North Eighty five degrees East Twenty Perches into a Swamp of Burles Pond thence south thirteen degrees East thirteen Perches to the Land formerly surveyed for Robert Burle then with the said Burle's Land South South West One hundred and thirteen Perches to the Land formerly surveyed for Major Richard Ewin thence with the said Ewins Land South Seventy Seven Degrees West One hundred and Fifty Eight Perches to a Bounded Cedar Post set up at the very spot where it was prov'd the Original Markt Beginning Hicory of Ewins Land stood by the Side of which s.d Cedar Post there is now fixed a Stone whereof are graven these Words "Here Stood Rich.d Ewin's Pockicory" still running with the said Land South Ten degrees West forty Perches south and by East thirty one Perches thence by a straight line to the first Beginning stone markt "Be |
