easterly through the centre of said partition wall to the end
thereof and continuing the same course in all seventy feet
to the west side of an alley ten feet wide, thence southerly
bounding on the west side of said alley with the use and
privilege thereof in common with others twelve feet and
thence westerly seventy feet to the place of beginning. Be-
ginning for the second thereof on the east side of Rutland
Avenue (formerly Ann Street) at the distance of eighty
feet northerly from the corner formed by the intersection to
the north side of Federal Street with the east side of Rutland
Avenue and running thence northerly along the east side
of Rutland Avenue thirty-four feet, thence east and paral-
lel with Federal Street seventy-five feet to the centre of an
alley ten feet wide there laid out and to be forever kept
open for the use in common of all the lots binding thereon,
thence south and parallel with Rutland Avenue along the
centre of the said ten foot alley thirty-four feet, thence west
and parallel with Federal Street seventy-five feet to the
place of beginning.
106. To the conveyance to The St. Paul Baptist Church
Inc., from Joseph Lehman (unmarried) by deed dated,
July 11, 1924, which deed is recorded among the Land Rec-
ords of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. 4228 folio 124, the
said properties are known as 1601 and 1603 Rutland Ave-
nue, Baltimore, Maryland, and are in fee simple, which lots
are described as follows:
Beginning for the first thereof on the east side of Rutland
Avenue (formerly Ann Street) at the distance of one hun-
dred and fourteen feet northerly from the corner formed
by the intersection of the east side of Rutland Avenue and
the north side of Federal Street and running thence north-
erly bounding on the east side of Rutland Avenue twelve feet
to the centre of the partition wall there being, thence east-
erly through the center of said partition wall to the end
thereof and continuing the same course in all seventy feet
to the west side of an alley ten feet wide, thence southerly
bounding on the west side of said alley with the use and
privilege thereof in common with others twelve feet and
thence westerly seventy feet to the place of beginning. Be-
ginning for the second thereof on the east side of Rutland
Avenue (formerly Ann Street) at the distance of eighty feet
northerly from the corner formed by the intersection to the
north side of Federal street with the east side of Rutland
Avenue and running thence northerly along the east side of
Rutland Avenue thirty-four feet, thence east and parallel
