ten feet wide there laid out and to be forever kept open for
the use in common of all the lots binding thereon, thence
south and parallel with Rutland Avenue along the centre of
the said ten foot alley thirty-four feet, thence west and par-
allel with Federal Street seventy-five feet to the place of be-
ginning.

107. To the grant and deed executed by Meinhard A.
Harberts and Ellen W. Harbarts, his wife, to the Eastern
States Mission of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day
Saints, dated December 3rd, 1934, conveying fee simple
property situate at the intersection of the Southwest side of
Mayfield Avenue with the Southeast side of Kenly Avenue,
in Baltimore City; and also the sanction and consent of the
General Assembly of Maryland to the holding and disposal
of said property by the Easter States Mission of the Church
of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

108. To the grant of assignment executed by James
McLaren to The Trustees of Grace Methodist Episcopal
Church of Woodbury, Baltimore County, dated November
26th, 1907, and recorded among the Land Records of Balti-
more City in Liber S. C. L. No. 2388, folio 122, conveying
leasehold property situate in Baltimore City on, the south
side of Thirty-Sixth Street at the distance of one hundred
seventy-eight feet and four inches westerly from Chestnut
Avenue, haying a front on the south side of Thirty-sixth
Street of thirteen feet and four inches with an even depth
southerly of eighty-five feet, more or less, to the centre of a
ten-foot alley and to the grant and deed executed by The
Trustees of Grace Methodist Episcopal Church of Wood-
berry, to Dr. Edward D. Stone, Jr., dated August 21st, 1926,
and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in
Liber S. C. L. No. 4622, folio 300.

109. To the following gifts, bequests and devises con-
tained in the last will and testament of Frank C. Norwood,
late of Frederick County, deceased, bearing date on the
seventh day of February, in the year of 1933, and recorded
among the Will Records of Frederick County in Liber M.F.S.
No. 1, Folio 296:

(a) To the Vestry of All Saints Parish in Frederick
County, Maryland, a corporation, Two Thousand Dollars, to
be added to the endowment fund and the income therefrom
used in the payment of the proper expenses of the said AH
Saints Parish.
