103. To the devises and bequests contained in the last
will and testament of Lillie Amanda Whitely, late of Cam-
bridge, deceased, and recorded in the office of the Register
of Wills of Dorchester County, in Liber R. P. S. No. 4 folio
167, viz:

(a) To the trustees of the Methodist Episcopal Church,
at Church Creek, in Dorchester County, Maryland, and to
their successors in the trust, the sum of two hundred and
fifty dollars ($250.00).

(b) To the Trustees of Trinity Methodist Episcopal
Church, South of Trappe, Talbot County, Maryland, and
to their successors in the trust, the sum of two hundred
and fifty dollars ($250.00).

(c) To the Trustees of Grace Methodist Episcopal Church,
South, of Cambridge, Dorchester County, Maryland, and
to their successors in the trust, the sum of two hundred
and fifty dollars ($250.00).

(d) To the Trustees of Beckwith Methodist Episcopal
Church of Dorchester County, Maryland, and to their suc-
cessors in the trust, the sum of Two Hundred and Fifty Dol-
lars ($250.00).

104. To the conveyance contained in a deed from Charles
L. Tate and Sadie A. Tate, his wife, to the Asbury Church
and Parsonage of Severn Circuit, Methodist Episcopla
Church of Dorchester County, Maryland, and to their suc-
corporate, dated October 19, 1931, and recorded on October
20, 1931 in Liber R S. R. 90, folio 181, one of the Land
Record Books of Anne Arundel County, conveying 1.5 acres,
more or less, in the Third Election District of Anne Arun-
del County.

105. To the conveyance to the Second Nazerene Church
of Baltimore City, Inc., from St. Paul Baptist Church Inc.,
by deed dated December 18, 1934, which deed is recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L.
5498 folio 360, the said properties are known as 1601 and
1603 Rutland Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland, and are in fee
simple, which lots are described as follows:

Beginning for the first thereof on the east side of Rutland
Avenue (formerly Ann Street) at the distance of one hun-
dred and fourteen feet northerly from the corner formed
by the intersection of the east side of Rutland Avenue and
the north side of Federal Street and running thence north-
erly bounding on the east side of Rutland Avenue twelve
feet to the centre of the partition wall there being, thence
