transfer shall stamp upon the said Deed his or her certifi-
cate thereof and no Deed shall be received for record with-
out said certificate. At the time of submitting the Deed to
the City Clerk of the City of Annapolis the person or per-
sons offering the same shall furnish said Clerk with a state-
ment of the buildings, if any, upon the land conveyed by
said Deed and the price paid for the property.

205B. No deed conveying real estate or chattels real
located in the Sixth Election District of Anne Arundel
County shall be admitted to record among the Land Records
of Anne Arundel County until the property conveyed and
assigned has been transferred on the assessment books in
the office of the City Clerk of said City to the Grantee or
Assignee named in such Deed.

205C. Upon the transfer of any such property on said
assessment books the City Clerk of said City shall endorse
the fact of such transfer on the Deed which shall be suffi-
cient to authorize the receipt of such Deed for record by
the Clerk of the Circuit Court.

205D. Such property shall not be transferred on the
assessment books in the office of the City Clerk unless and
until all public taxes, assessments and charges, including
water rent, due on said property to the Mayor and Alder-
men of the City of Annapolis and/or the Annapolis Water
Company for the current year and all prior years, shall have
been paid to the Treasurer of the City of Annapolis and
Collector of City taxes and water rents for said City, pro-
vide, however, that the provisions of this section shall not
apply to rents and charges due the Annapolis Water Com-
pany accruing prior to July 1, 1935.

205E. No Deed conveying real estate or chattels real
located in the Sixth Election District of Anne Arundel
County shall be admitted to record among the Land Records
of Anne Arundel County until the Grantee and/or Grantees
have given his, her, its or their full name and address and
the true consideration for said conveyance to the City Clerk
of the City of Annapolis.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all Acts or parts
of Acts inconsistent with the provisions of this Act be and
they are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsis-
tency.
