CHAPTER 93.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
174 of Article 56 of Bagby's Annotated Code of Maryland
(1924 Edition), title "Licenses," sub-title "Motor Vehi-
cles," to exempt motor vehicles owned by incorporated
volunteer fire companies of this State used for fire-fight-
ing and ambulance purposes from the payment of regis-
tration fees.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 174 of Article 56 of Bagby's Anno-
tated Code of the Public General Laws of Maryland (1924
Edition), title "Licenses," sub-title "Motor Vehicles," be and
