To the State Roads Commission, for the use of Balti-

more City, to be expended in accordance with the pro-

visions set forth in the original Budget, applicable

to Baltimore City's participation in the One and One-

Half Cent (l 1/2c) Gasoline Tax, that approximate

sum representing deductions made in the original

Budget from 30% of the estimated revenue to be pro-

duced by the One and One-Half Cent (l 1/2c) Gasoline

Tax, this deduction being that proportion of Debt

Service on road and bridge bonds of the State ma-

turing in each respective year, previously deducted

from estimated gross income of the One and One-Half

Cent (l 1/2c) Gasoline Tax....................................................................

several Counties, to be apportioned and allocated to

the Counties on a road mileage basis, and to be ex-

pended in accordance with the provisions set forth in

the original Budget, that approximate sum repre-

senting deductions made in the original Budget from

70% of the estimated revenue to be produced by the

One and One-Half Cent (l 1/2c) Gasoline Tax, this

deduction being that proportion of Debt Service on

road and bridge bonds of the State maturing in each

respective year, previously deducted from estimated

gross income of the One and One-Half Cent (l 1/2c)

in the construction and reconstruction of roads and
