property situate in Baltimore City on the line of the South-
west side of Exeter Street (formerly Green Street) at the
distance of one hundred and twenty-five feet Northwesterly
from the corner formed by the intersection of the North-
westerly side of Fayette Street and the Southwesterly side
of Exeter Street and running thence Northwesterly binding
on the Southwest side of Exeter Street twenty-five feet,
thence South seventy-one degrees West eighty-five feet more
or less thence Southeasterly parallel with Exeter Street
twenty-five feet and thence with a straight line to the be-
ginning ; and also the sanction and consent of the General
Assembly of Maryland to the holding and disposal of said
property by the Trustees of the Beth Jacob Anshe Curland
Hebrew Congregation of Baltimore City, a body corporate of
the State of Maryland.

25. To the grant and deed executed by Michael L. Eisen-
reich, Florence A. Cronhardt and Howard W. Rittase, Exec-
utors of the Last Will and Testament and codicils of Charles
Cronhardt Jr. to the Trustees of the Beth Jacob Anshe
Curland Hebrew Congregation of Baltimore City, a body
corporate dated October 16th, 1934, and recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No.
5487, folio 447, conveying the Reversion in and to and the
annual rent of Seventy-five Dollars, issuing out of the lot
of ground situate in Baltimore City on the line of the South-
west side of Exeter Street (formerly Green Street) at the
distance of one hundred and twenty-five feet Northwesterly
from the corner formed by the intersection of the North-
westerly side of Fayette Street and the Southwesterly side
of Exeter Street and running thence Northwesterly binding
on the Southwest side of Exeter Street twenty-five feet
thence South seventy-one degrees West Eight-five feet more
or less thence Southeasterly parallel with Exeter Street
twenty-five feet and thence with a straight line to the be-
ginning, and by which deed the said annual rent was extin-
guished and the said property became vested in fee simple
in the said Trustees of the Beth Jacob Anshe Curland He-
brew Congregation of Baltimore City, a body corporate of
the State of Maryland; and also the sanction and consent of
the General Assembly of Maryland to the holding and dis-
posal of said property by the Trustees of the Beth Jacob
Anshe Curland Hebrew Congregation of Baltimore City, a
body corporate of the State of Maryland.

26. To the bequest to "Cassell Home for the Aged at
Westminster, Carroll County, Maryland, the davenport and
