(a,) To the Foreign Mission Board of the Southern Bap-
tist Convention, the sum of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00)

(b) To the Home Mission Board of the South Baptist
Convention, the sum of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00)

(c) To the Maryland Baptist Union Association, the sum
of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00)

21. To the following bequests contained in the last Will
and Testament of Columbia W. Newsome, late of Baltimore
City, Maryland, which Will is dated March 9th, 1934, and
recorded among the Will Records of Baltimore City in Liber
J.H.B. No. 181 folio 307 etc.

(a) To the Trustees of the Eutaw Place Baptist Church
of Baltimore (described in Will as "Eutaw Place Baptist
Church Endowment Fund") one half of remainder of testa-
trix's money left in banks

(b) To the Baptist Home of Maryland Inc. (described in
Will as "Baptist Home of Maryland") one half of remainder
of testatrix's money left in banks.

22. To a deed from the Trustees of the McCormick
Memorial Baptist Church of Baltimore City to the Mary-
land Baptist Union Association, dated June 13, 1934, and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
S. C. L. No. 5512, folio 461 etc.

23. To the following bequests contained in the Last Will
and testament of Elizabeth Doerksen, late of Baltimore City,
Maryland, deceased, which Will is dated November 22, 1932,
and recorded among the Will Records of Baltimore City in
Liber J. H. B. No. 178, folio 252, viz:

(a) To the Third Church of the United Brethren in Christ
of Baltimore City (described in Will as "Third United Breth-
ren Church of Baltimore Maryland").

(b) To the Women's Foreign Missionary Society of the
Third Church of the United Brethern in Christ of Baltimore
City.

(c) To the Otterbein Guild of the Third Church of the
United Brethern in Christ of Baltimore City.

24. To the grant of assignment executed by the Russian
Congregation B'nai Israel of Baltimore City. A body corporate
of the State of Maryland, to the Trustees of the Beth Jacob
Anshe Curland Hebrew Congregation of Baltimore City, a
body corporate of the State of Maryland, dated August 15th,
1895, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
City in Liber J. B. No. 1574, folio 323, conveying leasehold
