small stand in the living room of my home and the lamp in
the parlor of my home, being the same articles given to me
by Lydia Cassell, it being my desire that these pieces of
furniture remain in the old Cassell home at the intersection
of Pennsylvania Avenue and Main Street in Westminster,
Md.," contained in the Last Will and Testament of Frank
R. Cassell, late of Carroll County, deceased. •

27. To the bequest to "the Cassell Cemetery, Incor-
porated, (the cemetery being located on the New Windson
road, in Carroll County, Maryland), the sum of Three Hun-
dred Dollars ($300.00)," contained in the Last Will and
Testament of Frank R. Cassell, late of Carroll County,
deceased.

28. To the bequest to "the Trustees of Saint Benjamin's
Evangelical Luthern Church of Carroll County, a body cor-
porate (Kriders Church) the sum of $50.00 absolutely, with
the request that the income therefrom be used for the up-
keep of the cemetery lot of John and Mary Schweigart, my
grand-parents," contained in the Last Will and Testament
of Prank R. Cassell, late of Carroll County, deceased.

29. To the bequest of "all the rest, residue and remainder
of my estate, I hereby give, devise and bequeath unto the
Cassell Home for the aged at Westminster, Carroll County,
Maryland, a body corporate in trust, without bond, with the
understanding and stipulation (a) that if Pauline Mitten
Rogers be living at the time of my death, the said body
corporate shall pay to her during her natural life interest on
one-third of said rest and residue at the rate of three per
centum per annum, payable semi-annually, and at her death
the said one-third of the rest and residue to said body cor-
porate absolutely; (b) that, if Margaret A. Cassell be living
at the time of my death, the said body corporate shall pay
to her during her natural life interest on one-third of said
rest and residue at the rate of three per centum per annum,
payable semi-annually and at her death the said one-third
of the rest and residue to said body corporate absolutely,
(c) That, if Annie Cassell Clark be living at the time of my
death, the said body corporate shall pay to her during her
natural life interest on one-third of said rest and residue
at the rate of three per centum per annum, payable semi-
annually, and at her death the said one-third of the rest and
residue to said body corporate absolutely. In the event
that the said Pauline Mitten Rogers predeceases me,
then it is my will, and I so direct, that the one-third of
said rest and residue upon which I have directed that she
