The five-hundred and seventieth volume of the Archives of Maryland series was originally published in 1810 by Frederick Green. The Archives of Maryland edition was published in 2003 by the Maryland State Archives. This volume covers Session Laws, 1809.

Also contained in this volume are the Session Laws, 1809 (Special Session), taken from Kilty's Laws.
