Service Fees and Charges

There is no fee for scheduling a research appointment or viewing records during an appointment. You are welcome to use your own digital camera to create images and copies for personal research use only.

If you would like our staff to perform research on your behalf, are unable to schedule a visit, and/or are interested in high-quality digital scans, the following fees and charges apply:

Individualized Research through BCA Records:

$35/hour

Scanning of Records (searchable PDFs or individual images):

$35/less than 100 pages
$50/more than or equal to 100 pages
