Attorney in private practice, 1984-97. Adjunct faculty, University of Maryland School of Law, and University of Baltimore School of Law. Author, numerous books and articles on evidence, procedure, and trial practice. Co-author, Discovery Problems and Their Solutions, 2004; Discovery: Problems and Solutions, March 2005.
