(administration & supervision), 1983. Retired public school administrator. Member, Williamsport Lions Club; Ducks Unlimited; Pheasants Forever; Ruffled Grouse Society. President, Hawks Booster Club, Hagerstown Community College. Member, St. Andrews Presbyterian Church. Married; three children, three grandchildren.
