       In conformity with the appointment of the Orphans
Court of Kent County and the warant hereto annexed
after having been legally quallified the subscribers on
the 28 of November in the year eighteen hundred and seventy
entered upon and carefully viewed the real estate of John
L. Walter K. George T E C A Edward E M.A. and
W. W. J. M Hudson Minors in the hands of Robert J.
Lusby acting Guardian do return as our rental valuation
thereof as follows

             The home farm setuate near the trappe containing
above four hundred acres is divided into five fields a lawn
and Two Peach orchards

       The improvements thereon consists of a two story main
Building (New) with a one story building attached and
Kitchen

             The dimensions of the new building is 20 by 26 feet
the building attached is 20 by 20 feet the Kitchen is 18 by
26 ft in bad repair

             The Barn is 22 by 46 feet in good order stables
is 18 by 22 ft in good repair shed stables 12 by 36 ft in
ordinary repair Cow House 12 by 24 ft in tolerable
repair; Meat House 10 by 11 ft in bad repair; Milk
house 10 by 10 in good repair Carriage House 12 by 23 in
ordinary repair

                   A large Garden Newly pailed in The fencing
in good repair

                   In the orchard at home three are about
4000 trees about three years old next spring

                   The Peach orchard detached from the farm
contains about 3000 trees in full bearing

    On the back farm contains about 100 acres
devided into three fields part of said farm has
been lately cleared

                   The main building thereon is 15 by 16 ft two
stories in good repair with an additional building
one story 15 by 16 ft in tolerable repair a Kitchen 10 by
15 ft in tolerable repair

                   The Barn is 20 by 30 ft (new) corn crib
under the Barn 6 by 20 ft Passage room 12 by 20 and
stable 12 by 20

                      The Tennant house on said farm is 11 by
16 ft in tolerable repair  The Fencing tolerable
