a passage down stare and two up stars and Two in the garret
with porch 48 ft long up to the second story with roof Brakfast
room and Kitchen one and a half stories high 36 by 21 fet  Two
rooms up stairs and Two down stairs in tolerable repair.  Garden
and back yard containing about one acre pailed ^in^ and in
tolerable condition with Privy in tolerable good order lawn of
about 1½ acre fenced with port and plank in tolerable good
order.  Pump in Kitchen yard in good order.  Brick meat house
15 by 12 feet wanting repairs.  Poultry House in good repair 24
by 13 feet.  Granery and corn crib under one roof 40 by 26 feet
in good order Quarter 30 by 12 feet  Two rooms Down and two
up stairs in tolerable repair.  Gras House 10 by 9 feet not in
good repair carriage House 22 by 9½ feet with room above
in tolerable repair.  Oats Barn 20 by 27 feet not in good
repair corn house 21 by 8 feet in tolerable repair.  One
oats old log corn house 21 by 10 feet in bad condition stables
30 by 28 feet with loft above with a shed on either side
allso and for stables 12 by 28 feet in very bad condition
The fencing on this farm is in tolerable condition and
in deviding into five fields or tilages 13/3 of this farm
to be tilled we value it at Fourteen Hundred Dollars

                second A farm adjoining the home farm
now occupied by Jas Lambert Wilmer Esqr containing
about Two Hundred acres of arable land & about Fifty
acres of wood land This farm has a frame dwelling
house two stories high 33 by 18 feet two rooms below
and two above stairs in tolerable good repair Log
Kitchen 16 by 27 feet two rooms down stairs and
two up in bad condition Garden about ¼ acre of land
pailed in good order with Privy in bad order meat house
12 by 15 feet Milk House in good repair 6 by 8 feet
Pump in the yard in good order oald meat House 12 by
12 feet in very bad order Carriage House 21 by 10 feet

or tillagases and we value it at one Thousand Dollars
