71 There are ^22^ bushels of wheat seeded thereon belonging to the Estate Rental value for the home farm supposed to be 40 acres in wheat
B V Beck We the undersigned do hereby Certify that in dark virtue of the annexed warrent after the oath this in prascribed wided enter upon and examine the real Estate Margaret Haley minor as named in said warrent and find about seven acres of land included three or four acres in one lot in a poor state of cultivation garden and sards enclosed about two hundred and fifty Peach Trees in bearing (not very thrifty) the fences and inclosured are in poor condition The Buildings are a one and half story frame Dwelling 26 by 16 feet with Shed Kitchen 10 by 16 feet two rooms in the first floor and two above in good repair stable and carriage House post in the grand mode of rough stuff and covered with boards 7 by 15 feet with a rough shed attached 12 by 12 feet all in very ordinary repair smoke House 4 by 5 feet Poultry House 6 by 8 feet both in fair condition and and In estimate the above real Estate as discribed to be worth annually Eighty ($80) Dollars as witness we hereunto set our hands and seals this 10.th day of Dec.r 1870 John Wilson (seal) William T.
