    and affixed our seals the fourteenth day of April
Eighteen Hundred and Seventy  (1870)

We the undersigned in accordance with the above
warrant make the following return one lot on the
west side of the street leading from Galena to Georg
Town containing about three quarters of an acre
improved by a store and half dwelling.  Small meat
house and stable in bad repair all of which we value
at one hundred Dollars per annum Lot No 2 on
East side of the above named street containing
one fourth of an acre improved by a two story house
used as a wheelwright shop in bad repair we value
at sixty dollars per annum making the entire rental
value of said minors one hundred and sixty dollars

Given under our hands and seals this ^twenty^ daynty fourth
day of March Eighteen hundred and seventy

Wheras by virtue of an order of the Orphans Court of
Kent county bearing date the 9.th of Aril 1870 we
the subscribes wen nominated authorized and appointed
to go uppon view and value the Real Estate
of Philip A. M. Brooks minor of aforesaid and to make
return thereof to the said court  We having first
taking the oath prescribed by an act of Assembly
in such case made and provided.  These are therefore
to certify that that in conformity to derection in said
order contained after being [illegible] as aforsaid
We did on the 300 September 1870 enter upon and view
the said real estate as follows viz

First the farm called Thornton now occupied by S H.
Blackiston about Two Hundred & Fifty acres of arable
land with a peach orchard of about Ten acres not in
verry flurishing condition ^principally of natural fruit^ and about seventy acres of wood
land.  On this farm there is a good brick Dwelling house
