To him for the aforesaid sum but for the years 1871 and
1872 we value the rent of said store house at Two Hundred
Dollars annually.  The lot of land containing 36 acres is rented
for the year 1870 to be cultivated in wheat and corn the
tennant to pay one half the proceeds thereof but for the years
1871 and 1872 we value the rent of said land at the sum of
Two Hundred Dollars annually In consequence of the land being
rented for the year 1870 for a share rent we are unable to
estimate any definate sum as the rent of the whole Real
Estate for said year.  But for the year 1871 and 1872 we
make the aggregate annual rent of the said real estate six
Hundred Dollars   Which said sum when stated in
detail will appear as follows
                                           Rent of Dwelling House $200.00
                                           do      "      store      "       200.00
                                              do  "       land       "       200.00
                                                                                $600.00

      All of which is respectfully submitted witness our
hands and seals this nineteenth day of April Eighteen
HUndred and seventy

             A true and perfect Appasment of the Real
Estate of Isaac W. Hance late of Kent County (Decd)
of 5/8 of a tract of land colled mount Airy on The Sassafras
river near Georgetown containing one Hundred and Twenty
Eight acres   Appraised by us the subscribers jointly we haveing
first been legally authorised and qualifyed as will be seen
by the warrant and certificate thereon hereto annexed

                five eights of one Hundred & twenty eight acres
is 8- acres thirty seven Dollars and fifty ^cents^ per acre $3000.00

We the subscribers hereby certify the aforegoing is a just
and Trew Appraisment and valuation of the real estate
of Isaac W. Hance late of Kent County (Decd) so far
as the same has come to our sight and knowledg
and as valued and Appraised by us in Dollars and
cents to the best of our skill and judgment amounting
in the aggregate to three Thousand Dollars (3000.00) in
testimoney whereof we have hereto subscribed
and named
