61 The whole of said property consists in thirty one and three quarters 31¾ acres of poore land devided into two portions pr separate tracks the larger portion containing thirty acres twenty of which we suppose to be tillable the other ten acres to be in wood hillside and broken land This land is located within about two miles of Betterton wharf adjoin the lands of Edward Crew A. R. Parks and James Holley col The only improvements are a very poore enclosing or line Fence of old Chestnut Rails and is devided into three lots of tillages by a pretty good worn Fence of chestnut it also has two small orchards one comprising Fourteen Peach fourteen Apple and sixteen dwarf Pear trees the other a younger orchard just coming into bearing has Forty two Peach trees. The smaller portion of one and three quarters acres of land is located and adjoining the colored peoples Church Lot Prices corner its only improvements are a good worn Chestnut fence by which it is inclosed and has been limed once within the f last few years there is no house of any kind on eather of these Lots We therefore put the rent of the whole property at fifty Five$5500) Dollars per year. and would beg leave to suggest and reccommend to the honorble court for the benefit of said heirs that the said property be sold at the earliest practicdable period all of which we humbly submit to your honorable body In witness whereof we hereunto set our hand and affix and seals this fourteenth day of November Eighteen hundred and sixty eight G W Cropley (seal) Henry T Jump (seal) The undersigned having been appointed by the Orphans Court of kent county state of Maryland to view the Estate of the Widow Elizabeth T.
