60 each to be paid half ^yearly in one half^ of the Crops grown on the farm Bay side Farm We fine from the best of information that we can get that it contains 224 acres 26 which is a detached lot in wood leaving 198 acres of land in the farm It is devided in five fields about 35 acres each about 2 acres in apples and Peach trees some 8 in marsh good fencing dwelling house 1½ story 18 by 45 wide with hall and room each side three rooms up stairs in very bad order Kitching 30 by 15 with loft and ten feet taken off in pantry very pad repair barn 28 by 40 with 2 corn cribs in good order shed stable attached from Barn 13 by 24 in bad repair stable 18 by 10 loft with old shed lot of old houses three in number used as Wagon Poultry and tool house very bad order 1 Poultry house 10 by 10 in fair order This farm we have put the rent for the years 1869 at $400 to be tilled two fields in corn and two the balence of corn field to go in oats and each at $750 or one half of all wheat corn and oats raised as the rent we would sujest to the court if that decision should be for cash rent that the intrest the Estate has in the crop of wheat now seeded on this farm should be appraised as yet it has not been done or would all state that we think lest that one field each year after harvist should be limed and that the tenant shall leave one field set in grass Hoping that this may prove satisfactory to the Court witness in hands and seal this ninth day of November 1868 W.m P.
