62 leave to the descression of the Court There is on the farm a two story brick dwelling nineteen by thirty four feet one story Brick Kitchen seventeen feet by eighteen feet all in good condition. There is a frame granary stable corn house carriage house and meet house all in ordeniary repair There are about three hundred acres of land in the farm of which about one hundred and eighty four acres are areble land which is devided into five Fields of unequal size. There is a paled garden an apple orchard of fifty trees coming into bearing one orchard of fifty dwarf pair trees coming into bearing and an orchard of twenty peach trees The farm has been cultivated in the three years system in corn and wheat We recommend no alteration or change The above anual rent is to be apportioned as follows
