In   To the Hon the Justice of the orphants court of Kent Co Md
annexed an         In persueance of the warrant hereunto
annexed and returned we the undersigned citizans
of Queen ans County having first taken the oath
requirred entered upon & proceed to examine the lands
& premises of Henry Clay   Cacy & Samuel Covington Cacy
premises of Henry Clay Cacy Samuel Covington Cacy
minors now in the hands of James A. Roseberry their
guardian the real estate of said minors consists of
a Farm near Church Hill in the County last mentioned
so presented to contain    217 acres about fifty of
which is woods & branch

    The improvements upon said farm are a frame
Dwelling 18 by 38 feet in dimensions with a frame
kitchen & pantry attached of 18 by 20 feet a log meet House
12 by 12 a slat corn crib 7 by 18 and stableing & Granary
under our rook 16 by 34 feet all in good condition Their
is also an old log corn House 10 by 18 sheded on such
said in a state of dilapidation & not worth reframing
The yard & Gardin all neatly enclosed with sawed Pailings
& are the other fencing mostly of chestnut rails swmed
in excellent condition   Their is a good Pump in the
yeard & no pail trees of any account  we have after
died consideration estimate the annual rental value
of the said Farm at the sum of Three Hundred
Dollars are acre cur rent money of the W States
    Given under our hands & seals this 13.th day
         of July 1868
