^The said valuation amounting in the whole to forty one
thousand & forty five dollars & twenty five cents all
of which valuation is subject ot the dower of the
said Mary Ann Baker Witness our hands and
seals this fifteenth day of June AD 1867

and laid off into four fields with buildings
and fencing in tolerable repair

In accordance with the requirments of the above warrent
rent the undersigned on the nineteenth day of July one
thousand eighteen and Fifty sixty seven after carefully
bering the real estate of Philip A. M. Brookes minor do
return as their estimate the rental value thereof as follows
For the home of mansion Farm where of Mr Bells is
tenant fourteen hundred dollars pr annum and for the
other farm on which no Rollison is tenant one thousand
Dollars per annum the estate to receive in addition their
to the one half of nett proceeds of all orchards

this is a young and thifty peach orchard of eleven hundred
trees on the home farm between four and five years
old and an old declineing Apple orchard on the other
hand the Farm or outbuildings on both farms are very
much delapidated and entirely inadequate for the
security of the [illegible] each farm require this grass
and corn cribs and the farm or which to Rollenceson
render a new meat house the fencing is split oak
rails in medeum condition requiring frequent
repairs and must labour is arrable land on the home
farm 250 acres devided into 5 fields ^the same on the othe 180 acres devided into 4 fields^ we would
recommend the cultivation of three fifths and thereof
oath respectively as at persent divided from fifty
to 60 acres of branch and wood to each farm no
tocks or fencing implements or slaves
                in testimony whereof our have however to
subscribed our hands and seal this day & date above wittness
