story in good repair.  Garden House Four by Five in tolerable repair
yard & Garden enclosed by Bord & Pailing fence in tolerable repair
We recommend that there should be about Fourteen hundred bushels slacked
Lime put on annally  also Clover & Timothy seed and to be paid by the
tenant.  Lime to be paid by the Heirs and the tenant and the tenant
to put it on free of charge.  We estimate the annal rent of this Farm
at Five hundred and Fifty Dollars

    No 3  Supposed to be one Hundred and Forty acres.  Supposed
about three Quarter if an acre in Peach trees  Suppose to be thirty
acres to be put in wheat Suppose thirty acres to be put in corn and
about 30 acres in Oats.  Suppose to be twenty acres in wood.  This has on
it the Following one two Story Frame Dwelling Sixteen by thirty
Kitchen two story attached fifteen by sixteen in good repaire
Carriage House nine by sixteen one story in good repaire
Poultry House eighten by twelve one story Heigh in good repair
Smoke House ten by twelve one story in good repaire Private
House Four by five in good order Granery corn House & stable
all under the same roof two story High twenty four by thirty
in good repair Garding & yard supposed to be about half acre
enclosed with Bard & Pailing Fence in good repair.  We reccommend
that there should be fourteen hundred bushels Lime put in annally
also Clover seed to be paid by the tenant Lime to be paid by the Heirs
and the tenant to put it on Free of charge.  We Estimate the anuel
rent of the Farm at three hundred and Eighty Dollars

Farm No 4.   supposed to be two hundred and ten acres supposed
to be four acres in apple & Peach trees  supposed to be Forty acres
to be put in wheat.  Forty in corn and Forty in oats  supposed
sixty acres in Wood and branch this has on it the following one
two story Brick House twenty by forty in bad order.  Kitchen (board)
attached fifteen in very bad condition.  Smoke house teen feet by ten
in very bad order.  Poltry House twelve feet square in very
bad condition.  Grarey two story twenty four by thirty in good
order vald stable lot fit for use corn House crib all under
the same rooff eighteen by thirty attached shed Harriage House
not fit for use  we recomend that there should be two thousand
bushels Lime put on annally also clover seed and to be paid
by the tenant.  Lime to be paid by the Heirs and the tenant
to pit it on free of charge.  we estimate the anual rent of
this Farm at three hundred and thirty Dollars.  We also
recomend that there should be a new Dwelling House
new stable and new smoke house
