    In Persuence of the forgoing Commission  We the subscribers
after being duly sworn entered upon the premises of Caleb W.
Spry late of Kent County Deceased there found the Homested Farm
No 1 supposed to be two hundred and Fifty Acres supposed to
be ten acres in Apple & Peach trees supposed to be Forty ^four^ Acres
to be put in Wheat supposed to be Forty four acres to be put in
corn and twenty two acres in oats Supposed to be sixty six acres
in grass supposed to be Four acres in Pine Timber and the
balance in Marsh This has on it the following one Three story
House Frame 80 by 32 Breakfast Room Kitchen attached eighteen
by thirty in good Repair Peaches attached Front & Back the whole
lenght of said building in good repair Garden House six by
eight in yard repair Poultry House sixteen by seventeen in good
repair Carriage House 12 by 16 in good repair two sheds
attached 9 by 16 in good repair Smoke House ten by twenty
in bad repair Gravery & corn House two story thirty by thirty
in good repair.  Tool shed eighteen by Forty in good repair stable
eighteen by thirty two in good repair Cow House eighteen by sixty
two two story i good order stable two story Fourteen by sixteen
in good repair wash shed Fifteen by twenty in good repair Garding
& Poultry yard supposed to contain about two acres Enclosed With Board
& Pailing Fence in good repair we recommend that there should
be twenty five hundred bushels Lime put on annally also Clover
& seed Timothy and to be paid by the tenant Lime to be
paid by the Heirs and the tenant to put it on free of Charge
We estimate the anual rent of this farm at Eleven hundred Dollars

    No 2 supposed to be Two hundred acres supposed three Quarter
acres in Peach Trees supposed to be twenty eight acres to be put in
corn  Supposed to be twenty eight acres to be put in Wheat
and the same to be put in Oats supposed twenty acres in Pine
woods and Forty acres in Marsh this seas on in the following
one two story Frame House eighteen by thirty eight Back building
two story sixteen by eighteen with front Peach said Porch in
bad condition small back Porch smoke House ten by 12 in good
repair.  Poultry House ten by 10 in bad repair carriage House
ten by 11 in bad repair  Food shed [illegible] by forty in bad repair
Granery Stable & Corn House all under the roof Twenty
Four by thirty in bad repair Cow Shed by Eighty two
