No 5  Queenanns Farm  supposed to be one hundred and Fifty acres one
acre in Peach Trees.  Supposed twenty six acres to be put in wheat.  supposed
twenty six acres to be put in corn.  supposed twenty six in oats and
two fields in grass.  and fifteen acres in Wood  This has on it the following
One Dwelling house two story sixteen by twenty four  Kitchen one
Story Sixteen by twenty two in good repair Smoke House ten by twelve
tolerable repair.  Milk house 3½ feet Square in good order.  Stable
fifteen by thirty and two Shed Stables attached all in tolerable repair
Poultry House twelve by eighteen in good repair.  Granery & corn Cribs
twenty four by thirty in good repair Garden & yard  Enclosed With Pailing
& Board Fence in tolerable repair  We recomend that there should
be put on this Farm thirteen hundred Bushels Lime put on anually
also Clover Seed & timothy and to be paid by the Tenant Lime to be
paid by the tenant Lime to paid by the heirs and the tenant
to put it on free of charge.  We estimate the anual rent of this Farm
at Four hundred and Sixty Dollars

Queenans Farm No 6  Supposed to be one hundred and Thirty
five acres supposed about one acre in Peaches supposed
to be about twenty six acres in oaths  supposed to be about Twenty
six acres in wheat  supposed to be Twenty Six acres in corn and
Two Fields in Grass.  Supposed to be fifteen in Wood  This has on it The
Following one Two story Frame House sixteen by twenty in tolerable
repair.  Kitchen two story fourteen by sixteen in good repair.  smoke
House ten by twelve tolerable repair.  Poultry House in bad repair
Carriage house Eight by fourteen in bad repair Grenary Corn House
& stable twenty by Thirty in bad repair.  sheep stable twelve square feet
in bad repair.  Garden & yard With Pailing & Board Fence tolerable
repair.  We reccomend that there should be put on This Farm Thirteen
hundred bushels Lime put on annully also Clover & Timothy seed and
to be paid by the Tenant Lime to be paid by the heirs and
The TEnant put it on free of charge.  We estamate that anual
rent of this Farm two hundred and Fifty Dollars

No 1  Doble Frame Dwelling ocupied by Anderson & Elliott two
story thirty by thirty two Double Smoke House one Story Heigh
Seven by fourteen two Private Hous is fourty five one ten twelve & one
twn by sixteen Corn House ten by twelve all in good repair.  We
estimate the anual rent of this Property at one hundred & forty Dollars

No 2  Double Frame occupied by Charles & Boyd two story
sixteen by thirty .  Double Kitchen attached one story ten
by thirty.  Double Smoke House seven by twelve one story two
