    The anual rent at ten Dollars

Frame Fish House Sixteen by eighteen and Fishing Shore
this Fishing is on the Farm No 2 Fish House in bad
Condition  We estimate the anual rent of this Fish House
& fishing Shore at thirty Dollars

All the Within rents  Commences on this first day of January
Eighteen hundred and sixty six

Supposed to be twenty acres Woodland in Queennans County
More than than half of it has been cut off for Five Wood the
balance of it is in Pine Not Very thick beloning to the Farm
No 1 and about three Quarters of a Mile from said farm
