31 Maryland Kent County Orphans' Court Febuary 2nd 1864 On application of George Vickers acting guardian to William P. Hyrons agnis Hyrons and Margaret Hyrons minors to this Court to nominate and appoint two skillfull and discreet persons to view and estimate the annual value of the real estate of said minors do appoint George W. Spencer and Tho.s J Shallcross to enter in and view the same and return an estimate thereof under their hands and seals specifing the state of repair and annual value thereof including any slaves working beasts stock and utensils thereon belonging to the said minors and proper to be leased with the land and also what dwelling houses out houses orchards gardens meadows inclosures and other improvements all on the land is in their estimation in woods how much of the arable land is to be cultivated annually in rotation they first having taken oath hereunto annexed and make return thereof to the court within three months from the date thereof Witness A. W. Melvin Esquire Cheif Justice of the orphans' Court in Kent County this second day of February 1864 Test Jn.s P. Ireland Regr of Wills for Kent Co Sir George W. Spencer and Thomas J. Shallcross do swear that you will appraise the Rental Value of the real estate of W. O. Hyrons Agnis Hyrons and Margaret Hyrons minors without favor or prejudice and to the best of your skill and Judgement so help you God. I certify that the above oath was sworn to by George W. Spencer and Thomas J. Shallcross before me this fifty day of February 1864 John T. Hurtt J.P. Kent County Md Oct 11.th 1864 We the undersigned appointed by the Orphans Court of Kent County to view & Estimate the annual rental value of real Estate of John S.
