feet deep with a meat house attached under the
same roof 10 feet long by 16 feet deep with a cellar
under the whole all in good order.  A chicken house
16 feet long by 8 feet wide in bad repair  A Granary
16 feet long by 13 feet wide in tolerable condition
a corn house 16 feet long 8 feet wide and 10 feet high
in tolerable condition.  A Granary 16 feet long by 12
feet wide with shed stables on either side  one
stable 16 feet long by 13 feet wide the other stable 16
feet long by 16 feet wide all in a Delapidated
condition   one other Corn house 16 feet long 6 feet
wide and 10 feet high in bad condition
    There is no Garden enclosed on this farm but
there is a necessary in good order.  There is a
Grave Yard front of the House 48 feet square
enclosed with a plank fence in good order
after taking a general view of the property and
the manner of cultivation  We arrived at the conclusion
that it should be farmed under the five field
Viz one field or 35 acres in with corn one field or 35
acres in with oats one field or 35 acres in with
wheat and 4½ bushels of Clover seed sowed in one
of the (small Grain) fields each and year and be
estimate the annual value or rent of said farm formed
as aforesaid (the Tenant furnishing all the seeds clover
be included) at Eleven hundred Dollars ($1100) each and
every year for three years Viz 1864 1865 & 1866

The Peach Orchard is to be ploughed and cultivated
well each and every year and the broken and
Dead limbs and branches cut off.  Three hundred
and Sixty six ⅔ Dollars (366⅔ or ⅓ of the rent we
have set apart as the Widows portion or Dower and
the balance seven hundred and Thirty three ⅓ dollars
($733⅓) belonging to the heirs as follows (Viz Mary
E Kirkman Sophia H. Wright John W Hyrons
James M. Hyrons Georgie H Caulk Charles T
Hyrons and Sallie R. Hyrons adults each seventy
three and ⅓ (73⅓) Dollars and William P Hyrons
agnis Hyrons and Margaret Hyrons minors each
seventy three and ⅓ dollars.  We found 3 slaves
on the premises but they were appraised with the personal
property.  In testimony thereof we have hereunto set
our hands and seals the day and year above mentioned
