             We respectfully report that after being duly
qualified according to law we have examined
the real Estate in part of a farm situated in
the third Election District of Kent County adjoining
the Land of Joseph Usilton and James W. Skirven
and containing three Hundred and Seventy Five acres two
Hundred and Twenty Five acres of arable and one
Hundred acres in wood and Timber
                                              Divided into seven fields
one Lot apple Orchard Containing One Hundred
and Twelve trees with lot attached fencing in good
condition.  Dwelling House Thirty Five feet long and
eighteen wide One Story High with five Dormer
windows Porch in front and back in good repair
containing three rooms below and three above Kitchen
thirty feet in length and seventeen wide four windows
in tolerable repair.  Quarter one story fourteen feet wide
seventeen in length not in good condition corn
House ten feet by twenty indiferent granary sixteen
wide ant thirty three in length stable eighteen by
thirty with shed attached twelve by thirty feet in
length out of repair Carriage House and waggon
House fourty feet in length and sixteen wide out
of repair Corn shed sixteen by thirty in different
sheep shed twelve by sixty six feet nearly new
Three small tenants houses with small lots
attached their is a pump in the Kitchen yard
in order.  Their is one old wharf in the farm
out of order and a new one Commenced which
if finished would add to the value of the
farm.  We have estimated the amount of the
rental value of the within Described farm at
six hundred and firty Dollars for the the next
three years
