                               Sworn to before Jo.s P. Ireland
                                                             Regr of Wills


Whereas by virtue of an order of orphans court of Kent County
bearing date February 2.nd 1864  We the subscribers were nominated
authorized and appointed to go upon view and
value the Real Estate of the minor Heirs of James S. Hysous
late of the county aforesaid and to make return thereof
to the said court   We having first taken the oath prescribed
by an act of assembly in such case made and provided

    These are therefore to certify that in conformity to
directions in said order contained  we did on the
sixth day of Febuary 1864 enter upon viewed and
valued the said Real Estate as followes vizt

The estate is a Farm situated at the corner of the
main Road leading from Galena to Chestertown and
the road leading from the said road to Blacks + Roads
adjoining Lands of Col John C Groom Wm V Myers and
others containing about 195 acres of good arable land
and about 5 acres of Wood and Branch   it is inclosed
in five fields with the fencing in tolerable good condition
and a Peach orchard about seven years old
containing about 1500 trees.  The trees are in a tolerable
flourishing condition.  There is also an apple ^Orchard^ adjoining the
Peach Orchard within the same enclosure containing
125 trees about ¾ of which are young and in a tolerable
flourishing condition.  The balance of the orchard
are old trees and in good bearing condition

The Buildings consist of the Dweeling House one
story high in tolerable repair   32 feet long by 14 ft
wide with 2 rooms on the first floor and 2 rooms
up stairs   on the back side of the house attached
to it is a shed room 12 feet long by 19 feet wide
also a Kitchen attached 16 feet long by 14 feet wide
with two rooms up stairs.  The out buildings consists
of a Blacksmiths shop in good order 15 feet long
by ten feet wide a Carriage house 16 feet long
by 9 feet wide with a shed attached 16 feet long
by 9 feet wide all in Delapidated condition
a milk house 6 feet long by 6 feet wide in good
order.  A Physicians office 10 feet front by 16
