       one Negro Boy James                        $80.00
and he to pay Mrs Mary E Anderson              1.20   $78.80

"on application ordered that John N. Usilton and
John Greenwood of W.m be and they are hereby appointed
to value and distribute the Negroes belonging to the estate
of John B H Anderson deceased among the Heirs
of said deceased (if they will admit of distribution
and Return a Report of the same to this Court

(Kent County)      In testimony whereof I have hereunto
(  Maryland   )      subscribed my name and affixed my
(      seal        )       official seal on this 19th day of
(      J.P.J.     )       January 1864

          On this 19th day of January 1864 personally appeared
John N. Usilton and John Greenwood of Wm and
severally made oath on the Holy Evangels of Almighty
God; that they will without partiality or prejudice
value and distribute the negroes belonging to the estate
of John B. H. Anderson deceased among the Heirs
of said deceased and will perform their duties
in relation to the same to the best of their skill
