The undersigned having been appointed by the Orphans Court
of Kent County state of Maryland to view the Estate of
Mary Deputy John Deputy Nora Deputy and Bill Deputy
Minors; in the hands of Elias Deputy their acting Guardian
and to estimate the annual value thereof and further to
do what is enjoined by the annexed appointment do hereby
certify that we have valued the real estate at six hundred
dollars current money of Maryland or one half of the oats
and corn crop for the year Eighteen hundred and sixty three
the wheat crop being appraised with the personal property
and Twelve hundred dollars current money of the State of
Maryland or the one half part of the wheat oats and corn
crop for the year Eighteen hundred and sixty four and five
each

                We find that the said Estate is improved by
a brick dwelling house forty feet long twenty five feet
deep and one story high with a front Porch also brick
Kitchen and dining room forty feet long and twenty feet
deep one story high with dormer window to each also a
frame Milk house 10 + 12 ft frame Meat house 12 + 12 ft two
poultry houses one 20 + 10 feet and one 13 + 10 ft; frame carriage
house 19 + 12 ft, Stable 36 x 18 ft, Stable with feed room and
large loft 36 x 30 ft Granery and corn cribs on each side 42 x 36
ft and 12 ft high Log Quarter 24 x 18 ft with garden attached
enclosed by plank and pale fence of 350 ft containing about
twenty pear trees about two years old the front yard to
dwelling house is enclosed by sixty pannells plank and pale
fence sixten feet to each pannell we find there is and old
apple orchard of about one hundred trees but they are
