          The undersigned having been appointed by the Orphans
Court of Kent County State of Maryland to view the Estate
of Mary M. Brown, Hiram Brown, William Henry Browne
and Arthur Merritt Brown, Minors in the Hands of Captain
Hiram Brown their acting Guardian and to estimate the
annual value thereof and further to do what is enjoined by the
annexed appointment do hereby certify that we have valued
the real estate at three hundred and forty dollars current money
of Maryland or one half of the wh^e^at and oats (after deducting
the seed) and one third of corn and one third of the peach crop

          There is on the farm a frame dwelling and Kitchen
fifty one feet long and eighteen feet wide one meat house
twelve feet long and ten feet wide one frame dairy eight
feet square one frame carriage house twenty feet long by twelve
feet wide one frame poultry house fourteen feet long by
ten feet wide one frame barn fifty two feet long by twenty
four feet wide all in good condition

          In the lot enclosing the buildings is an apple orchard
of fifty trees coming in bearing and a peach orchard of thirty
trees now in bearing the said enclosure being a plank fence
in good condition also an orchard of two hundred and sixty
apple trees not in bearing and a peach orchard of eight hundred
coming into bearing about one fourth of which are set in
low wet ground

             The Garden is one hundred feet long by fifty feet wide
one third of the enclosure being paled the remainder a post
and rail fence  The fencing on about three fourths of the
farm is in good condition the remaining one fourth is indefferent

          The whole tract of land contains about one hundred and
eighty eight acres  divided as follows
                            Contents of the farm = 188 acres of land

          The farm is divided into four fields of about equal size
which has been usually cultivated by tilling one field in corn
and two fields in wheat annually

         From this mode of tillage we suggest no charge or
alteration
