22 exposed in a cultivated field and not considered of much value there is also about fifty young apple trees in field adjoining house but as they are not fenced off from pasture field they are apt to be destroyed The number of acres in said Estate is Three hundred and ten acres divided into four fields mostly stake and capped fence and mostly cleared land except around the creek shores we Judge that there is about Thirty acres of wood or uncleared land leaving the cleared land Two hundred and eighty acres cultivated one fourth in wheat one fourth in oats one fourth in corn and the balance in pasture we would recommend to seed less oats and more wheat and corn ^Buildings out of repair^ The above annexed is to be divided as follows in $600.00 for the year 1863
