exposed in a cultivated field and not considered of
much value there is also about fifty young apple trees
in field adjoining house but as they are not fenced off
from pasture field they are apt to be destroyed

The number of acres in said Estate is Three hundred
and ten acres divided into four fields mostly stake and
capped fence and mostly cleared land except around the
creek shores we Judge that there is about Thirty acres of
wood or uncleared land leaving the cleared land Two
hundred and eighty acres cultivated one fourth in wheat
one fourth in oats one fourth in corn and the balance in
pasture we would recommend to seed less oats and more
wheat and corn ^Buildings out of repair^
