There is on the premises a frame dwelling and kitchen the whole being
fifty one feet long and eighteen feet wide;      One meat house ten feet
wide and twelve feet long;      One frame dairy eight feet square
one frame carriage house twelve feet square;   One frame Poultry house
fourteen feet long and ten feet wide;   One frame barn fifty two feet
long and twenty four feet wide all of which are in good condition

    There is an apple Orchard of fifty trees that are coming into
hearing and in the same lot with said trees are thirty peach
trees in hearing all of which are enclosed in the lot with the
dwelling the fence being made of plank and in good condition
There is also an orchard of about two hundred and sixty apple
trees and about eight hundred peach trees not in hearing
The garden is about one hundred feet long and fifty feet wide
one side of which is fenced with pales the remainder with post
and rail fence.         The fencing in about three fourths of the
farm is in good condition the remainder is indifferent
There is in the whole tract of land about one hundred and
eighty eight acres divided as follows;   to wit;   into woodland
about thirty acres of land;   in March about ten acres;   in
orchards yards and garden about twenty acres and in tilable
land about one hundred and twenty eight acres which is
divided into four fields of about equal size and which has been
usually cultivated by tilling one field in corn and two fields
in wheat         No change or attraction from said method
of cultivation is suggested by us
                                                    The above annual Rent is
to be apportioned as follows:
Margaret A. Browne widow            ⅓ of $300.00 is
Mary M. Brown         child     ¼ of ⅔ of   same     is
Hiram Browne            child     ¼ of ⅔ of   same     is
William H. Browne     child     ¼ of ⅔ of   same     is
Arthur M. Browne     child     ¼ of ⅔ of   same     is

rented for a grain Rent
