       Browne, Hiram Browne, William Henry Browne and Arthur Merritt
       Browne, minors in the hands of Cap.t Hiram Browne their acting
       Guardian and to estimate the annual value thereof and further to do
       What is enjoined by the annexed appointment do hereby certify that
       we have valued the real Estate at three hundred dollars current
       money of Maryland;  or one half of wheat and oats after the said
       has been deducted and one third of the corn
