Willson Jr. To the Honorable The Orphans Court for Kent County The undersigned being duly appointed by your Hons to estimate a rental value upon the real estate of Howard Loper and Linda Loper minor children of the late Charles P. Loper of Kent County as will appear by the annexed commission ask leave to report that in pursuance of the requirements of the said commission that we duly qualified and then entered upon our duties First, we found a Dwelling House with the usual out building such as Stable and Carriage house meat house Poultry house and cove house &c on the Northern side of Cypress Street in the Town of Millington in Kent County Maryland These buildings are in good repair we have fixed the annual rental value at one hundred and fifty dollars one sixth of which is twenty five dollars and is the share of Howard Loper and one sixth being twenty five dollars is the shore of Linda Loper. We further set an annual rental valuation upon a Blacksmith shop at fifty dollars the stable and wheelright shop and stable on a lot on the Eastern side of Sassafras |
