140 street in Millington aforesaid The Blacksmith shop is a good building and in good repair but the wheel wright shop and stable are in very poor repair was fixed an annual rental valuation on the Blacksmith shop at fifty dollars the stable and wheel wright shop at ten dollars each making in all seventy dollars one sixth of which is Eleven dollars and sixty six and two third cents the share of Howard Loper and Eleven dollars and sixty six and two thirds cents one sixth the share of Linden Loper
