Rental Value of the Real Estate of Perry Chambers
late of Kent County deceased as appraised by the undersigned
according to our best Skill and Judgement
we having first taken the oath prescribed by law

    Estimation of Property in Georgetown including
ten acres of cleared land improved by a dwelling
house in fair condition with Stable not much
five hundred Peach Trees four years old about
one half of them fair trees the balance not so good
property enclosed by fencing
Rental Value put at fifty dollars per year

Chestertown Property located below the Foundry
improved by double dwelling house little out
of repair; Stable very ordinary one fourth of an
acre of land more or less

Rental Value placed at one hundred dollars per year
