135 with two rooms below and two rooms above and a Small Kitchen one half of said house being new and the other part very old also a good barn (new) and sufficient for the farm and an old Stable and meat house The Orchard Garden and yard Contain about 22 acres Shore and Marsh & waste land about 5 acres Woodland about 20 " In annal cultivation not including orchard about 88⅔ Fencing in fair condition We estimate the annal rental value at three hundred dollars or the half of all grain fruit and other crops grown outside of garden The farm belonging to said minor lying and being in the suburb of Chestertown and now tenanted by Samuel Shuster being formerly the residence of John N. We estimate the annual rental value at one hundred and fifty dollars A certain lot of ground at the southwest end of Mill Street in said town fronting on said Street thirty seven feet and running back seventy three feet improved by an old frame dwelling (formerly a Stable) we estimate the annal rental value at fifty dollars |
