134 To the Honorable Judges of the Orphans Court for Kent County Maryland We having first taken the oath as prescribed. Entered upon the farm of the Minor Sarah V Pennington and to the best of our skill and judgement have put a rental value of $52500 subject to a dowery of Mrs Sarah Woodall $18750 The farm contains Two hundred Acres of land One hundred and Seventy five Acres Arable and the balance in wood and not tillable It is devided into five feilds Two in wheat one in Corn one in grass and one in pasture There is a dwelling House one and half stories with Hip roof 18 ft x 40 and Kitchen attached 15 ft x 18 with cellar under one room. Granary 20 ft x 28 Stables 18 ft x 24 with 50 ft shedding Carraige house 15 ft x 17 and loft Dearborn house 9 ft x 18 with shed Hen house 14 ft x 18 Meat house 10 ft x 12 and dairy 9 ft x 9. The granary and Kitchen lately repaired. All in fair order There is a peach orchard containing about 1000 trees in rather poor Condition. Also about 1 acre lot enclosed with 25 apple trees mostly old W. E. Jarrell J. W. Jarman Appraisement of the annel value of the Real Estate of John Gale Usilton an infant appraised and valued by the Subscribers Jas H Baker and George Beck jointly we having first been legally authorized and having taken the oath prescribed by law as will be seen by the warrant to estimate the anual value of the Real Estate of the Said Minor and certificate thereto annexed First The farm in Broad Neck known as Cackaway Point lying on the north west and Northeast prongs of Lankfords Bay containing One hundred and eighty acres of Land more or less improved by a two story frame dwelling |
