We the undersigned do certify that the
aforegoing is a true estimate and valuation of
the real estate of John Gale Usilton so far as
the same has come to our sight and knowledge
and as valued and appraised by us
according to our best skill and judgement
In testimony of all of which we hereunto subscribe
our names and affix our seals this fourth day
of December in the year eighteen hundred and
eighty six

The undersigned being duly appointed by the Hon
Orphans Court as will appear by the annexed commission
to view and estimate the annal rental
value of the Real Estate of Mary E. Scotten Francis
E. Scotten and Lewis A. Scotten Minors respectfully
report that having first taken the prescribed
oath they entered upon the Real Estate of the said
Minors and found it to consist of a frame
dwelling house and lot with the usual
out buildings in Georgetown Kent County
and state of Maryland the same being
subject to a dower interest of one third
therein.   The dwelling and out buildings
are in good repair and the undersigned
fixed the annal rental value of the said
minors interest at forty dollars making for
Mary E Scotten one third of forty dollars thirteen
dollars and thirty three and one third cents
for Francis E Scotten one third of forty dollars
thirteen dollars and thirty three and one third
cents and for Lewis a Scotten one third of forty
