                                    Locust Grove   October   1879
To the Hon Orphans Court for Kent County and
State of Maryland
                         We the undersigned having been
appointed by your Honorable Body to view and estimate
the annual value of the Real Estate belonging to the
Minor Heirs of Wm Janvier late of Kent County deceased
and specifying the State of repair of the same.  Also
including within the Estimate any working Beasts, Stock
and utencils thereon belonging to said Minors  As also
what dwelling Houses, Out Houses, Orchards, Gardens
Meadows, Enclosures and other improvements are on
the lands and the Conditions thereof and what propertion
of the said lands are in wood and how much of
the arable lands is to cultivated annually in rotation
Being duly Qualified we proceeded to the premises of
the above named Estate and have complied with the
requirements of Your Order.  By discharging the duties
of our office to the best of our ability and judgement
and we herewith respectfully submit to your Hon
Body our report of the estimate or values placed upon
the above named property by us which are as follows

Annual Value of Real Estate including working
Beasts, Stock and Utensels                              $2000.00
